Opening up the water to everyone sits at the heart of Sea Lanes. To help make open water swimming as accessible as possible, concession memberships are available to the following groups:

Concession memberships are available to: Under 24s, Over 60s, those in receipt of disability-related benefits, plus Be Well Tower Hamlets Concession Members*

Membership FAQs

Yes. In addition to unlimited pool swimming, all memberships include unlimited access to our weekly programme of fully lifeguarded open water swimming sessions in the wider dock.
Open water swimming sessions in the wider dock will be free for Sea Lanes members.
Please complete a membership cancellation form to initiate the process of terminating your membership.
A swim session covers a one-hour slot. If the pool is not at full capacity when your session ends, you are welcome to continue swimming. There is no need to book consecutive sessions.
No. Membership runs all year, as the pool remains open throughout the year.
The pool will be open 364 days a year. Current opening times are available on our swimming page here.
